formed as part of Professional Realty
Company in March 1984 by Allen G.
Prior to 1984, Mr. Cottriel served as Vice
President of Sterpa Realty, Inc., where he
formed Sterpa and Associates
Management, a division of Sterpa Realty,
Inc., and acted as Executive Director of
the Property Management Division.
Debra McMeins, his daughter, came to
work for him in 1985. They worked side
by side until his passing in July 2006.
Debby now directs PRC Management
Services, Inc., as the Chief Executive
Officer and President.
